John Stephen Seabolt

John Stephen Seabolt, 56 of Salem, passed away at Northside Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio on May 30, 2015. John was born in Alliance, Ohio on May 11, 1959 and resided in Salem. He was an employee at McDonalds in Salem for 30 years, and attended First Church of God in Alliance. John was honorably discharged from the Howitzer Battery Second Squadron 107th Armored Calvary of the Ohio Army National Guard.
John is survived by his sister Helen (Elton) Zeller of Beloit; a brother Cecil (Cindy) Seabolt of Xenia; four nieces Chrystal (Scott) Hoopes of Beloit, Jennifer Zeller of Cuyahoga Falls, Emily Seabolt of Alabama, Jessica Seabolt of Xenia; a nephew Joshua Seabolt of Xenia and two great nephews Bryce and Ethan Hoopes of Beloit. John was preceded in death by his parents John W. and Phyllis (Underwood) Seabolt, his grandparents, aunts and uncles.
A funeral service will take place at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2015 at the Funeral Home with his uncle Pastor Robert Underwood officiating. Friends and family may call the two hours prior to the service on Friday from 11 to 1. Burial will take place in Fairmount Memorial Park with Military Honors provided by the Salem Honor Guard.
