John Snyder

John “Danny” Snyder, 67 of Sebring passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at his home. Mr. Snyder was born on September 7, 1947, the son of the late William and Violet (Guthrie) Snyder. He was a graduate of Sebring High School and Kent State University and served in the US Navy on the USS Saratoga during Vietnam. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Morgan Engineering and the Krupp Company. Danny liked to collect cars, antiques and going to auctions; he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Survivors include his son Dan (Yvette) Snyder of Sebring, and two grandchildren Corey and Benjamin. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Terry Snyder.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 15, 2014 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 11:00 AM. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 7PM to 9PM. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park with military honors provided by the Salem Honor Guard. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home, Sebring, OH (330) 938-2526.
