"Together Again" Joseph Igro of Sebring, died at 8:08 pm; Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007 at Canterbury Villa. He was born in Alliance Ohio on May 22, 1924 to the late John and Cora (Lamonica) Igro Mr. Igro was a very active member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Sebring. He was a WW II Army Air Corp Veteran, a graduate of Alliance High school, a member of the Knights of Columbus Alliance Council, the Sebring American Legion Post # 76 and a former member of the Lions club. He was employed as a crane operator for B&W Keystone Plant, Alliance, Ohio. Joseph is survived by his daughter Linda (Donald) Bailey of Sebring; his son Joseph (Kelly) Igro of Sebring; granddaughter Amy (Mark) Baia; grandson Brian Bailey; granddaughter Jennifer Rockwell; grandson Brad Rockwell; great granddaughter Taylor Bailey; great grandsons Corey and Collin Baia. In addition to his parents Mr. Igro was preceded by his wife Wanda (Woolf) Igro on July 17, 2002 whom he married on June 8, 1946. He is also preceded by his infant son James Michael; 2 brothers Frank & Anthony Igro; 4 sisters Annie Deack; Sophie Pusateri, Mary Sineri and Frances Caruso A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, Dec.7 at St. Ann Catholic Church with Father Thomas Dyer officiating, Friends may call Friday, from 8:30AM- 10:30AM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home. Friends may view the obituary and sign the guest register on line at www.grfuneralhome.com.
