Joyce Yvonne (Mankin) Hamon

Joyce Y. Hamon, 82 of Sebring, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Crandall Medical Center.  She was born on November 23, 1933 in Darlington, PA the daughter of the late Earl and Essie (VanKirk) Mankin.  When she was able Joyce was a very active member of the Sebring Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Joyce is survived by her children; Tracy (Curtis) Young of Kalamazoo, MI Michael (Coleen) Hamon of Wilson, NC, and Jeffrey (Christine) Hamon of Austintown.  She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; Eric Hamon, Todd (Crystal) Hamon, Lindsay (Josh) Richards, Trisha (Gary) Colbart, Jeffrey (Nicole) Hamon, Amanda Austin, Luke Palmer, Slade Young, Kira Young, Kayla Young, 8 great grandchildren and two sisters; Martha Leider of Salem and Charlotte Durbin of Canton.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harvey on July 8, 2005, a brother Clarence, a sister Goldie Forsythe, a brother Frank, a sister Gertrude Roush, a sister Alice Turner a granddaughter Lisa Hamon and a great granddaughter Courtney Hamon.

A funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Sebring Church of the Nazarene with Rev.
