Judith Watkins

Judith Ann Watkins, 70 of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Salem Community Hospital. Judith was born in Youngstown, OH on May 13, 1943 the daughter of the late Louis R. and Anne M. (Patrone) Capots, and was a graduate of Boardman High School. Survivors include her two sons; Nicholas L. (Becky) Watkins of Hilliard, OH and Richard D. (Susan) Watkins of Stow, OH, one granddaughter Stephanie, and a brother Raymond E. Capots of Powell, OH. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gary L. Watkins on June 8, 2012 and a brother Louis A. Capots. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 at Brown Funeral Home in Salem at 1:00 PM with Pastor Lou Raymond officiating friends may call 1 hour prior to service.
