Kai Fortune

Kai Marie Fortune 33, of Salem passed away at Salem Regional Medical Center on Friday, February 7, 2025. Kai was born in Georgia on July 8, 1991 the son of Martha (Brock) Fortune Leiter and the late Edward Fortune. Kai was loved by her family and friends. Kai loved the staff and friends she made at Care First and enjoyed going to In Christ's Hands Workshop.

Survivors include her siblings; Timothy (Deborah) Fortune of VA, Cynthia (Dave) Rankin of Cortland, James (Michelle) Fortune of Malvern, Edmund R. (Julia) Fortune of AL, Steve (Tawnya) Fortune of Warren, Richard of Alliance, Steven (Angela) of Alliance, Cody of Jamestown, PA, Teresa, Carlisha, Kayla, Carter, Jeni, Donovan, Desaree and Tyshon. She was preceded in death by her father, and brothers Joseph, David and Donte.
