Kathleen Ackerman

Kathleen Carol (Linder) Ackerman, 70, of Coquina Crossing, Elkton, Fla., passed away on Feb. 15, 2015, at 11:40 a.m. at Bailey Community Care Hospice. She was born in Alliance, Ohio on Feb. 14, 1945, and lived in the Alliance area most of her life. Graduate 1963 Alliance High School. She retired as secretary/treasurer from Container Strapping, Jacksonville, Fla.
She is survived by her husband, Jack S. Ackerman of Elkton; four children, Mark J. Ackerman (Debra) of Virginia Beach, Va., Steven P. Ackerman of Alliance, Sharon K. Ackerman of Elkton and Dawn M. Ackerman of Alliance; two brothers, Walter A. Linder of Hampton, Va., and Lenny D. Linder of Dunwoody, Ga.; 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her father, Paul Linder in 1957, her mother, Melicent Linder Hartman in 2005, three brothers, Richard Linder, Gerald Linder, Eldon Linder and son, Bret M. Ackerman.
