Kenneth Wafler

Kenneth “Ken” B. Wafler, 65, of Beloit, passed away on June 30, 2013 at his home. He was born on August 5, 1947, the son of John J. and Vesta (Felger) Wafler. He was a graduate of West Branch High School and worked on the family dairy farm. He was a member of Alliance Friends Church and the Farm Bureau. Ken worked on machinery, farm equipment, was skilled in plumbing and electrical work and he enjoyed cars. Ken is survived by his mother Vesta (Felger) Wafler of Beloit, three brothers, William (Charlotte) Wafler of Salem, Fred (Colleen) Wafler of Beloit, and Thomas Wafler of Beloit; four nieces Brenda Johnson, Haley Wafler, Karen Wafler, Cheryl Miller and a nephew, Jerry Wafler. Mr. Wafler was preceded in death by his father. Private family services will be held on Wednesday July 3, 2013. Burial will take place in Damascus Cemetery.
