Kenneth Zeller

Kenneth L. “Jimmy” Zeller- age 97 passed away at his home on June 19, 2008. Mr. Zeller was born to Jacob and Anna Pearl (Zurbrugg) Zeller January 22, 1911 on the Columbiana County farm where he lived his entire life. Mr. Zeller was a lifelong farmer and former member of the Ohio Jersey Breeders Association and won top herd awards in 1955.1956,1959 and 1961. He was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ. He was a former member of the Columbiana County Farm Bureau and former director of the Tri County Milk Producers. Survivors are his daughter Wilma Jean Valdez of Idalou, Texas. Grandchildren; Elton (Helen) Zeller, Elecia (Glenn) Cutright, Kenneth Conrad, Keeth Conrad, Monica (Sam) Kennedy, Melba (Dan) Valdez-Jones and Roger (Rhonda) Valdez, great-grandchildren; Christina Faulkner, Christopher Cutright, Chrystal (Scott) Hoopes, Jennifer Zeller, Mark Conrad, Vincent Conrad, Rebecca Kennedy ,Andrew Kennedy, Christan Valdez, Sarah Valdez, Asher Valdez and Naomi Valdez, great-great granddaughter Amber Faulker. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 68 years, Wilhelmina C. Zeller in 2001, a daughter Chrystal Ann Conrad in 1967, great grandson Kalen Valdez in 2004, sisters; Agnes Ramsayer, Gladys Irwin and brothers; Leonard Zeller, Edward Zeller, Eldis Zeller, and Willis Zeller. Funeral services will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Friday June 27, 2008 with Rev. John Ryser officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call on Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm with the family present from 6 to 8 pm. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
