Born on November 28, 1947, to the late William and Mirriam (Oliver) Malloy, Lee Ann's life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family, her love for her community, and her passion for her interests.

Lee Ann was a graduate of West Branch High School. She furthered her education by earning an Associates Degree from Kent State University. She worked as a Dental Assistant, a role she fulfilled with utmost professionalism and compassion for 12 years at Dr. Williams Dental Office in Salem.
