Lela Schneider

Lela E. Schneider, age 87, of Sebring, passed away at 8:25 p.m. March 22, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on June 3, 1920 in Knox Township, Columbiana County, Ohio to John and Martha (Waffler) Fryfogle. Lela was an active and faithful member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Sebring, Ohio. She was employed at the former Greif Brothers Containers of Sebring as a slitter operator. She was a member of the former Sebring Chapter of the OES. She is survived by her husband Emil A Schneider whom she married on June 28, 1950; daughter Patricia (Bill) Beard of Fairview Park, Ohio; son Kenneth (Joyce) Schneider of Dallas, Texas; two sisters Margaret (Ed) Liebhart of Beloit and Goldie (Raymond) Summers of Alliance; four grandsons; one granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren Mrs. Schneider was preceded in death by five brothers Herman, Lloyd, Harold and Clarence Oswalt and Kenneth Fryfogle and two sisters Erma Bauman and Velma Fryfogle. Services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Thursday March 27th at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home, with Pastor James Case officiating.
