Linda Kay (McDaniel) Rasile, 68, formerly of Sebring, passed away Tuesday, October 20 in her Dade City, Florida home after losing her fight with cancer. She was born November 23, 1946, to the late Donald and Lucille (Chapman) McDaniel.
Linda was a Sebring McKinley High School graduate in the class of '65, a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sebring, a former dance and gymnastic instructor enjoyed writing poetry and playing softball.
Linda is survived by her husband, Dennis of Sebring, a daughter, Robyn (Gary) Lockner Jr. of North Benton, two brothers, Donald McDaniel of Louisville and Terry McDaniel of Alliance, two sisters, Cathy (James) Fishel and Pamela (Ed) Lipply, both of Sebring, five grandsons, Andrew Nicholas (Katie) Zerkle of Sebring, Colton Lockner, Braxton Lockner, Dalton Lockner and Hughston Lockner, all of North Benton a great grandson, Landyn Zerkle, two great granddaughters, Madison Zerkle and Brooklyn Zerkle of Sebring and several neices and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Charles McDaniel.
A graveside Service will take place at 2:00 PM on Friday October 30, 2015 at Highland Memorial Park with Pastor Dennis Engler officiating.
