Friends and family-
We are sad to tell you that Lori Ann has passed away. She left us peacefully in the early morning of August 6, 2024 to be with her true loves, Matt and Toby. As you all know, Lori was a beautiful and selfless soul who lived and breathed for her loved ones. Who are we kidding, she lived and breathed for her dogs....but we were all a very, very close second. Her favorite things in this world were those dogs and her nephews and nieces. She would drive hours, day and night, to spend time with them. She never turned down a chance to take them on a midnight run to iHop, go shoot zombies with Orbeez guns, spend the day at the candy shop, or any other fun extravaganza she could think of. She knew how to make memories. Lori always made sure that everyone she loved, knew they were loved. She never missed a birthday or any other opportunity to show her love to us.
Lori had an incredible gift for finding beauty in this world. She could look at something old and worn and turn it into something elegant and modern. It was a gift that amazed us all. Her creativity was so raw and natural that everything she touched turned into a work of art. She spent most of her time perfecting her craft and enjoyed every single minute of it. True to form, she would always use this skill to make others smile. Her creations were always gifts for the people she loved. It is these very gifts that we will all hold close to our hearts for the rest of our lives.
We will miss you with all of our hearts Lori Ann. Even through our tears and sorrow, we have solace in knowing that your pain and struggles are now over. You will never be in pain again. You will never sit in another hospital bed. You will now forever feel the love of God, and everyone that was waiting for you in heaven. We will continue to carry your spirit with us until we are with you again.
We would like to invite friends and family to join us in celebrating Lori's life at her home on Saturday, August 17, 2024. Come anytime between 1-5 to share memories, laughter and tears. You may view the obituary and sign the guest register online at www.grfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home, Sebring, 330-938-2526.
