Louis Visi

Louis Richard Visi, went home on Wednesday October 18th to be reunited with his wife Wilma, who passed away this January, and to live together with the Lord in a never ending peacefulness. He joined the Lord at 10:40 PM surrounded by his family showering him, with love and tenderness. Louis was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 29, 1915 to Gabriel and Mary (Nady) Visi. He lived in this area his entire life. He served his country in the Army Air Corps from October 1942 until December 1945. During this time he married Wilma Woods on August 16, 1943. They shared their lives with three children: a Daughter; Debbie Visi (Gullett) of the home. Sons: Gary (Shelley) Visi of Alliance and David (Stella) Visi of Irving, Texas. Louie was also loved by five grand children, nine great grand children and many loving nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sisters, Anna Kuceyeski and Carol Visi both of Alliance. Louis was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; George and Gabriel (Tony) and a sister Mary, all of Alliance. Sebring Church of the Nazarene was his place of worship. Before retiring in 1985 he spent most of his working years at the Alliance Machine Company. Funeral Services will be held at the Sebring Church of the Nazarene on Monday, October 23, 2006 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Mike Kimball officiating. Visitation will be held from 2-9 PM on Sunday October 22nd at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with the family present from 7-9 and one hour prior to the services at the church.
