Madolyn C. Straight, 64, of Hanoverton, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Madolyn was born in Bradford, Pennsylvania on July 14, 1948, the daughter of the late Richard and Adelia (Monroe) Nichols. She was a US Armed Forces Army WAC, member of Grace Chapel Fellowship in Farmers Valley, Pennsylvania and enjoyed crafting, woodworking and leatherworking. Ms. Straight is survived by two daughters Mai (Damian) Hennessey of Long Island, NY, Frances (Jeffrey) Dulak of Hanoverton; three grandchildren Kenneth, Jonathan, and Andrew; four brothers Fred (Marylou) Nichols, Dan (Kate) Nichols, Bruce (Carol) Nichols, Owen Nichols; one sister Sylvia Brown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law John Brown. A celebration of Madolynâs life will be held on Friday June 28, 2013 from 3-7 PM at 5154 Woodsdale Rd.
