Margaret Oesch

Margaret Marie Oesch, 85 of Salem passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Amelia Grace Assisted Living, in Chesterland, Ohio. Margaret was born in Salem on November 26, 1929 the daughter of the late Arthur Leroy and Delma (Riddle) Sommers; she was a 1948 graduate of Salem High School and retired as a long distance operator for Ohio Bell. Mrs. Oesch was a member of the First Christian Church in Salem, the Eastern Star and the Salem Quota Club where she was honored as Quotarian of the year.
Survivors include her son Greg (Katherine) Oesch of Salem, two daughters Cindy (Jack) Federan of Bedford, Lynn Larrick of Fort Myers, FL, 2 grandchildren Charles Oesch, Brandy (Gary) Weikart and 6 great grandchildren Derek, Donald, David Oesch, Alex, Brandon and Emily Weikart. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Oesch in 2007, a brother Arthur J. Sommers and a sister Betty Mae Kilmer.
A Service will take place on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Hope Cemetery Chapel at 2:00 PM.
