Marjorie Williams Crewson 93 of Sebring passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at Salem Community Hospital. She was born Oct. 31, 1914 in Gomer, Ohio the daughter of the late Russell and Tressie (Mills) Rohrer. Marjorie taught 2nd Grade at Sebring Public Schools before her retirement in 1970, she was a member of the Sebring United Methodist Church, and the United Methodist Women, she volunteered at Copeland Oaks for many years, a member of the Sebring Garden Club, the Alliance Women’s Club and the Tennysonian Club. She is survived by a son Bill E. (Grace) Williams of Sebring, a daughter Sara Jane (Ralph) Pitzer of St. Augustine, FL, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband Gail Williams on Sept. 17, 1992, 2nd husband Harry B. Crewson a sister Donna Goedde, and a brother Paul Rohrer. Services will be held Saturday, August 16th at Copeland Oaks Bennett Chapel at 10:00 AM with Rev. George Schreckengost officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery in Sebring. Memorial contributions can be made to the Copeland Oaks Life Care Fund or the Sebring United Methodist Church.
