Mark Solmen

Mark Allen Solmen Jr. 22 of Salem died Sunday, Feb. 10th at Salem Community Hospital. He was born April 15, 1985 Salem to the Mark A. and Janice L. Solmen. Mark was a lifelong resident of Salem and was employed at Marc’s. Mark was a devoted Father and loved spending time with his two children Trey and Apryl Solmen. He is also survived by two brothers Michael (Shawna) Solmen, Rod (Candi) Solmen and a sister Ashley Solmen all of Salem, his paternal grandparents Mike and Donna Solmen of Leetonia, maternal grandfather Robert Woodworth of Salem and an uncle Rodney Woodworth of Salem. Mark was preceded in death by his mother Janice L. Solmen in Feb. 2007 and his maternal grandmother Janice L.Woodworth. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Feb. 16th at 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church in Salem with Pastor Mac Kelly officiating.
