Martha Rouse

Martha D. Rouse, 89, of Alliance and formerly of Sebring passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013 at Bel-Air Care Center in Alliance. Martha was born in Sebring on July, 21, 1923 the daughter of the late John and Freda (Yeagley) Lalu. She was a member of the Sebring Presbyterian Church, Order of Eastern Star, and worked as a Bookkeeper for the family businesses. Survivors include her daughter Linda (Russ) Aston of Uniontown, OH, two sons Kim John Rouse of Port Angeles, Washington, and Robert (Sharon) Rouse Jr. of Sebring. She is also survived by four Grandchildren; Stephanie Kinsley, Rob Rouse, Steve Aston, Laurie November and nine Great-Grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Rouse Sr. whom she married on November 9, 1941 and passed away on December 26, 2000, and two brothers Ted Lalu and George Lalu. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home officiated by Rev.Marty Radcliff. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park.
