Mary Griffin, a cherished resident of Sebring, Ohio, and formerly of Louisville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025, at the age of 90. Born on October 22, 1934, in East Liverpool, Ohio, Mary lived a life rich in memories, contributions, and the love of her family.
Mary embarked on a fulfilling career at Finney's Drug Store in Canton, Ohio, where she made lasting connections with both customers and colleagues. Her dedication to her work mirrored her commitment to her family, marked by her nurturing spirit and warm heart.
As a proud graduate of East Liverpool High School, Mary maintained a lifelong passion for learning and cultivating interests that brought joy to her life. Known for her love of collecting antiques and re-finishing old furniture, she created a home filled with warmth, history, and a reflection of her personality.
Mary is survived by her loving children, Phil Griffin, Mindy McCray, and Perry Griffin; her adoring granddaughter, Sara Gliatta; and her great-grandson, Jimmy Gliatta III. Her family was her pride and joy, and she treasured the moments spent together.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Griffin, and her beloved parents, whose memories will be honored by those she leaves behind.
A graveside service will be held in her memory on February 18, 2025, at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit, Ohio, starting at 12:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate the life of a truly remarkable woman whose legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
