Mary Yoder

Mary Ida Yoder, 86 of Alliance and formerly of Sebring, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2010 at Alliance Community Hospital. Mary was born in Beloit on February 3, 1924 the daughter of the late Harry C. and Lottie (Barber) Haberland. Mrs. Yoder attended the Sebring Evangelical Friends Church and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include her son Michael W. Yoder Sr. of Sebring, two grandsons; Heath L. (Cindy) Yoder of Alliance, Michael W. (Nichole) Yoder Jr. of Damascus, two great grandchildren; Hailey and Riley Yoder both of Damascus; she is also survived by her two sisters Edna Fryfolgle and Annabel Herold both of Beloit. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Willis E. Yoder on April 27, 2005 and two sons Bruce Gale Yoder and Douglas Carl Yoder. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Kimball Officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday the hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Grandview Cemetery in Sebring. Memorial contributions can be made in Mary’s honor to the Alliance Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice, 885 South Sawburg Road, Alliance, OH 44601.
