Michael Amabeli

Michael J. Amabeli, 61 of Sebring, passed away, Tuesday, April 14, 2009 in the Alliance Community Hospital Emergency Room. Mike was born in Alliance on November 9, 1947 the son of the late James and Margaret (Ross) Amabeli. Mike was a graduate of Sebring High School, a former member of the Sebring Lions Club and a member of the Homeworth Masonic Lodge #499. Mr. Amabeli retired from Kuntzman Trucking in Alliance as a driver. Mike is survived by his son, Paul “Bojac” Amabeli, two grandchildren; Barry Schroeder, Carolyn Nicole Amabeli and a great granddaughter Caidee Schroeder and close friends Janet and Jimmy Williams all of Sebring. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Carol Ann (Debolt) Amabeli on February 29, 2000 and his brother John Amabeli on May 18, 2007. Services will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 18, 2009 with Rev. Mike Kimball officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 2 to 8 PM with the family present from 6 to 8 PM, a Masonic service will be held at 5:30 PM on Friday. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park.
