Myrtle-Evelyn Brenner

Myrtle-Evelyn Brenner, 89, of North Benton, passed away Friday morning at BelAir Care Center in Alliance. Mrs. Brenner was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on December 21, 1919 the daughter of the late Roy Binns and Martha (Riddle) Binns. A 1937 graduate of Alliance High School Myrtle-Evelyn worked as a clerk at the Alliance Sears and Roebuck Store for 22 years, she was also a member of the North Benton Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Brenner is survived by two daughters; Martha Ann Flory of Lancaster, KY, Jacquelyn (Edward) Cardinal of North Benton, a son William L. (Evelyn) Brenner of Sebring, 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Kenneth Binns of Lakeland, FL and a sister Virginia Guy of Alliance. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William M. Brenner on June 5, 1991 and three brothers; Floyd, Robert and Virgil Binns. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday October 13, 2009 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 11:00 AM with Pastor Thomas Sawyer officiating. Visitation will be for the hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park in Beloit. Friends may send condolences and sign the guest register online at www.grfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
