Nancy J. (Mills) Horner

Nancy J. Horner, 74 of Sebring passed away on Friday December 22, 2017 at her home. Nancy was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on April 8, 1943 the daughter of the late Samuel G. and Miriam (Davis) Mills. Nancy worked at Royal China and MPI Labels, she was a 30 plus year member of the Sebring VFW Women's Auxiliary serving as the President for 10 years as well as a Past President of the District 8 VFW. She enjoyed collecting Mickey Mouse and Pillsbury Dough Boy Memorabilia.
Survivors include her husband Frank Horner, her step children; Toya Miller, Larry (Kathy) Horner, Teena (Steve) Simms; nephew Mark Meiter; great-nephew Matt Meiter and great-niece Ashley Meiter; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister June (Richard) Court. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a step son Gary Horner.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 29th at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown funeral home at 7:00 PM with Rev. Martin Radcliff officiating.
