Norman Best

Norman F. Best, 73 of New Waterford, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2014 at Salem Regional Medical Center. Norman was born in Washington D.C. on May 28, 1941 the son of the late Norman E. and Sarah (Courtney) Best. He liked to spend time outdoors especially feeding the birds. Survivors include his brother Jerry Best of Germany, two sisters Margaret L. Best of Oklahoma and Linda L. Wolfrey of Virginia. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
