Pamela Ruggly Brown

Pamela Kay Ruggly Brown, 61 of Alliance passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Roselawn Gardens in Alliance. She was born in Akron, Ohio on September 25, 1950 to the late Howard and Virginia (Stewart) Higgins and was raised by the late David and Lucille Ruggly. Pam was a 1967 Graduate of McKinley High School and attended CTI Technical School, she also worked as a stamper at Royal China. Ms. Brown belonged to the Alliance Baptist Temple and the American Legion Women’s Auxillary in Sebring. Survivors include her sons Barry Alan Moore of Indiana, Daniel Edward Moore of Michigan, 5 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her brothers David Ruggly II, Gary, Gerald, Randy and Davey Higgins, and sisters Patricia, Deborah, Tammy and Kimberly Ruggly, Cheryl, bonnie and Sandy Higgins, several aunts and uncles and cousins. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by David and Lucille Ruggly, a son David Fredrick Moore and 2 brothers Charlie and Ralph. Services include Cremation.
