Patsy (Kinser) Harlan, 81, of Alliance passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Akron General Hospital. Patsy was born in Alliance, Ohio to the late Rex and Mary Jane (Casto) Kinser on July 14, 1940. She was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ. Patsy enjoyed to cook and bake; go shopping and plant flowers. Patsy cherished the time spent with her family especially her grandchildren.
Patsy is survived by her children Kimberly (David) Baum, Randy (Tami) Buehler; step-children Jeen (Scott) Ptak, Kay Pullo, Phillip (Pamela) Harlan and Trish (David) Austin; a brother Bill Kinser; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Besides her parents Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Harlan who passed away on November 13, 2017 and 8 brothers.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Becky Weamer officiating. Friends and family will be received one hour prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
