Phyllis Roussell

Phyllis Rae (Ammon) Roussell, 70, of Salem, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2012 at Community Care Center of Alliance. Phyllis was born on February 9, 1942 in Wellsville, the daughter of the late Ray V. and Bessie (Johnson) Ammon. Survivors include her son Gregory (Rose) Anderson of Sebring; two granddaughters Jonah Anderson and Wendie Anderson; four great grandchildren Danielle, Steven, Devon and Theresa. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Theresa Lynn Anderson in 1964. Private family services will be held with burial in Alliance City Cemetery.
