Ralph William Cloud

Ralph William Cloud, 75 of Lisbon passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Salem Regional Hospital. Ralph was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 13, 1940 the son of the late Ottis and Velma (Runyon) Cloud. Ralph worked for the Leetonia Street Department and in his spare time enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years Patricia Ann (McFarland) whom he married on March 7, 1976 of Lisbon, son Billie Joe Cloud, a Daughter Desieree (Michael) Levine, a god daughter Adrienne Parish, 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, two sisters; Barbara Rupwright and Patricia Arnold both of Indianapolis, 8 nieces, 5 nephews and 7 great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Larry Cloud and a sister in law Bonnie Hicks.
