Randall “Randy” Manley 54, of Salem died Wednesday afternoon at Salem Community Hospital after an apparent heart attack. He was born Aug. 25, 1952 in East Liverpool to William and Doris (Davis) Manley. Randy was a US Navy Veteran and was a self employed carpenter. He returned to the Salem area in 2001 to be with his parents. Besides his parents he is survived by his daughter Randilyn Manley a son Jason Manley both of Columbus, a brother Ronnie Manley of Michigan, two sisters; Candace McCoy of East Liverpool and Debbie Ensinger of Orange City Fl as well as his wife Pennie (Riggs) Manley of Columbus. He was preceded in death by a brother William Roger Manley. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007 at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Husky officiating at 6:00 PM. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 3:30 PM till the time of service. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in East Liverpool.
