Raymond "Brownie" Brown

Raymond “Brownie” E. Brown, 78, of Alliance passed away at Altercare of Alliance on Monday, December 19, 2011. Ray was born on September 1, 1933 the son of the late Ralph A. and Vera (Harding) Brown; at one time Brownie worked in Las Vegas at the Sam’s Town Casino before his retirement. Survivors include his four children; Randy, Michael, and David Brown all of Alliance and a daughter Ramona Brown of Canton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and two sisters Martha Templeton of Newton Falls and Mary Jane Krahling Alliance. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by five brothers and a son Donald. A Funeral service will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 2:00PM with Pastor James White officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home the half hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Sebring. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek funeral home in Sebring.
