Raymond E. Yeager, 75, of Sebring, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Salem Community Hospital. Raymond was born in Berlin Center, Ohio on August 29, 1936 the son of the late Myron V. and Dorothy R. (Flickinger) Yeager; he was a 1954 graduate of Sebring McKinley High School, a member of the Westville Community Bible Church. He served in the National Guard and retired from the Lith-O-Kraft Company. Raymond was also a member of the Sebring Village Council and liked to Hunt, Fish and go camping. Survivors include his wife of 33 years Mary J. (Leininger) whom he married on May 25, 1978 of Sebring, a step daughter Janet L. Blake of Martinez, GA and a step son Larry R. Halverstadt of Mineral City, OH, 6 granddaughters and 11 great grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers; Virgil L. Yeager of Deerfield and Dale L. Yeager of North Benton. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Twila A. Sallaz. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 2:00PM at Westville Community Bible Church with Pastor Rod Doran officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park at a later date.
