Richard E. Bradley, 61 of Baltic, Ohio passed away Tuesday at Wade Park Veteranâs Hospital in Cleveland. Mr. Bradley was born in Alliance on October 10, 1947 the son of the late Edward and Mary Louise (Strain) Bradley. Services included cremation. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
