Richard Goff

Richard B. Goff, age 77, of Leetonia , formerly of Sebring, passed away at 1:09 PM, Saturday December 8, 2007 at Salem Community Hospital ER. He was born in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio on Dec. 28, 1929 to the late Robert E. and Paula (Kehbel) Goff Richard was an army veteran of the Korean War, a graduate of Sebring High School Class of ’47. He attended Bunker Hill United Methodist Church and was a retired inspector after 32 years of service at American Steel Foundries in Alliance. Dick loved to play golf and go to auctions; he loved his grandchildren He is survived by his wife Peggy L (Hildebrand) Goff whom he married on May 18, 1957. He is also survived by his daughter Lori (Gregg) Neel Jr. of Leetonia; 4 grandchildren Robert, Randy Rochelle and Rebecca Neel; 3 sisters, Eleanor Woods and Vera Reed of Alliance; Rose Howard of Sebring; and 1 brother Paul Goff of Temperance MI He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Betty Goff. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home, with Pastor Jerrie Bell-Brion and Rev. Dean Fry officiating. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service.
