Richard L. Shaver, 70 of Sebring passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at his home. He was born in Michigan on December 12, 1941 the son of the late Lawrence and Jean Shaver. Richard was a US Navy Veteran and worked as a Tool and Die man. Friends and family will be gathering at the Sebring American Legion Hall on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 6PM.
