Robert Neil Henderson of Beloit, passed away on Thursday December 13, 2012 at Alliance Community Hospital. Neil was born in Alliance on December 14, 1946 the son of the late Harry and Neva (Crewson) Henderson; he was a graduate of Sebring High School, and received his associate degree from Kent State Salem. He retired from General Motors and loved to be in the outdoors; fishing, hunting and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Neil was a member of Pine Lake Christian Church and the Sebring Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife Kathy (Blake) Henderson of Beloit, a son Kane (Tari) Henderson of Medina, OH, two daughters Nichon (Jonathan) Jakuszewski of Clinton, OH and Kara (David) Hornish of Green, OH, six grandchildren; Lexy and Brady Henderson, Blake, Nadia and Dallas Jakuszewski and Kaelyn Hornish. He is also survived by two brothers Kim (Linda) Henderson and Jan (Susan) Henderson and two sisters Shari Henderson and Laurie (Paul) Thomas. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a nephew Brandt Henderson. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 11:00AM at Pine Lake Christian Church with Rev. Tom Palmer officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 PM on Monday December 17, 2012 at the Church with a Masonic service at 5:30 PM. Burial will take place at Grandview Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Neil’s honor to the Pine Lake Christian Church. Friends may send condolences and sign the guest register online at www.grfuneralhome.com.
