Robert âBobâ E. Johnson, 85, of Salem died Sunday, Sept. 30th at Hollander House. Bob was born July 13, 1922 in Lisbon to James and Edna Mae (Smith) Johnson. Survivors include; his two sons Sherman (Joyce) Johnson of Lisbon, Norman Johnson of Washingtonville, two daughters Barbara (Robert) Smith of Tulsa, OK, and Rebecca (Mike) Martin of East Rochester, 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers; Seward of Zanesville, Bill of Newark, OH and Richard Johnson of Missouri, three sisters; Betty Kauffman of Columbiana, Ruth Woodburn of Elkton and Shirley Ward of Elkton. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son Paul and one grandchild. Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, Oct.4th at the Salem Congregation of Jehovahâs Witnesses with Tom McConnell officiating.
