Roger Barringer

Roger Lee Barringer, 63 of Beloit passed away on September 30, 2013 at Akron City Hospital. Roger was born in Green County, PA on June 14, 1950 the son of the late William and Kathleen (Thomas) Barringer. Roger worked at Marlboro Manufacturing and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife Barbara (Blake) whom he married on October 31, 1970, two daughters; Mary Kathleen Stroup of Sebring, Annette Barringer of Alliance, 3 brothers; Roy Barringer of Homeworth, Larry Barringer of Alliance, William “Chris” Barringer Jr. of Salem, 2 sisters Mary Gilbert of Salem and Barbara Simms of Waynesburg, PA. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 1 brother. A Funeral Service will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home on Thursday, October 3rd, 2013 at 1:00 PM. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday two hours prior to the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the family c/o the funeral home.
