Rose Hahlen

Rose E. Hahlen, 92, of Beloit, died at the Alliance Community Hospital ER, on Friday, Jan. 18, 2008. She was born in Sebring, Ohio on Feb. 22, 1915, to the late Daniel F. & Margaret (Kutz) Wyss. Rose was a graduate of Goshen High School. She is survived by her step son Richard Hahlen of East Canton; sister Arlene Baggott of Sierra Madre, CA; brother Lynn Wyss of Beloit; 1 step grandson and 1 step great grandson. Mrs. Hahlen was preceded in death by her husband Donald Hahlen in 1984; her parents; 2 sisters Jean and Donna Wyss and 1 brother Virgil Wyss. Funeral Services will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, on Tuesday and Jan.22, 2008, with Pastor Mark Reich officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home two hours prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Beloit EMT, Beloit Fire Dept., or Bethel United Church of Christ.
