Russell M. Burrier

Russell M. Burrier 95 of Winter Haven, Florida and formerly of Sebring, Ohio passed away at his home on April 29, 2020. Russell was born in Berlin Center, Ohio on April 1, 1925 the son of the late Thomas E. and Dessie R. (Flickinger) Burrier. He was a 1943 graduate of Jewett High School and was a WWII US Army Veteran after the service he worked as an Inspector for ITT Steel Products in Warren, Ohio. Before he moved to Florida he attended Pine Lake Christian Church and was a member of the Sebring VFW Post #6730.

He is survived by his children; Bertie (Mike) Pinkerton, Mary Lou Stansbury, Jo Ellen (Paul Sullivan) Edwards, and Russell (Lesa Maley) Burrier Jr. His grandchildren; Shelly Pinkerton, Shawn (Michelle) Pinkerton, Holly Hays, Anna Edwards, Kelly Burrier, Mark (Belinda Boyd) Burrier, Nikki (Matthew) White, Teresa (Stuart) Moore and 15 great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Lois Jane (Myers) Burrier on October 9, 2005, a son Gary a grandson Timothy and his siblings; Ethel, Charles and Kenneth.

A Private Family Service was held with burial taking place at Hartzell Cemetery in North Benton, Ohio.
