Sandra K. Felts, 66 of Alliance passed away on Friday, May 15, 2009 at Alliance Community Hospital. Sandra was born in Alliance on April 29, 1943 the daughter of Donald Carl Grove and Mildred Mae (Best) Vickers and was a graduate of Alliance High School. Sandra is survived by her Mother Mae, and her daughter Tonya Stephens both of Alliance. She was preceded in death by her two sons Johnny Adcock, Tyson Adcock and a brother Larry Grove.
