Scott Edward Wilson, 56, of Beloit passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  Scott was born in Alliance, on December 11, 1958, the son of Edward & Mary (Ritter) Wilson.  He was a 1977 graduate of Sebring McKinley High School. He worked for MAC Trailer Salem, previously for American Steel for 24 ½ years, and Cintas for 10 years. He was a member of the Sebring American Legion. Scott enjoyed riding his motorcycle, any type of sport, especially softball, golfing and bowling.  He loved watching and listening to Backbone Band, going camping, and Jamboree in the Hills. Most of all Scott’s life was spending time with his family and friends, but especially his grandkids.

Survivors include his mother Mary, his wife of 36 years, Lori (Gibbons) Wilson, whom he married on  July 14, 1979; four children Nichole (Mike) Yoder, Staci Wilson, Andrew Wilson, Katie Wilson; four grandchildren, Hailey Yoder, Breylon Schindewolf, Hannah Wilson, and Paighton McIlvain.  He is also survived by two sisters Lana Craven, Mona McNeely and a brother Edward Wilson.  He was preceded in death by his father Edward.

A funeral service will be held at Pine Lake Christian Church on Monday August 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM officiated by Pastor Tom Palmer.  Friends may call from 4-8 PM on Sunday August 9, 2015 at the church with the family present from 6-8 PM and also the hour prior to the service on Monday. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.  Friends may send condolences and sign the guest register online at www.grfuneralhome.com.
