Shirley Lamson

Shirley A. Lamson, 78 of Alliance passed away on Friday, February 13, 2015 at Alliance Community Hospital; she was born in Bristol, Virginia, on December 14, 1936 the daughter of the late Ottis and Nell (Williams) Ausmus. Shirley enjoyed making floral arrangements, traveling, playing cards and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children; Jeffrey (Tamiee) Lamson, Richard (Jeanne) Lamson, Gregory (Sally) Lamson and Deborah (Doug) Molder. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a sister Phyllis Pilz. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Harvey Lee Ausmus, CJ Ausmus, a sister Susan Martha Smith and a sister in law Thelma Ausmus.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Monday February 16, 2015 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
