OBITUARY Shirley (Bowers) Moulin - Rowe Shirley (Bowers) Moulin-Rowe, 77, of Sebring passed away on Monday the 26th of November, 2012 at Aultman Hospital Canton, Ohio. Shirley was born in Alliance, Ohio on December 8th 1934 the daughter of the late Carl and Edna (Cobb) Bowers; she was a life long resident of Sebring. Shirley love spending time with her family and daughter Shelly. Survivors include her daughter Shelly Moulin of Sebring and sister-in –law Johann Bowers of Sebring. And several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joe Rowe a son Greg Moulin, her brother Raymond Bowers and sister Dorothy Muffley..
