Shirley Uyselt

Shirley Elizabeth Uyselt, 77, of Beloit passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Salem Community Hospital. Shirley was born in Salem on January 31, 1935 the daughter of the late Henry and Marie (Allison) McClish. Shirley loved Arts and Crafts and reading but she really enjoyed traveling with her family. Survivors include her husband of 59 years Arthur Uyselt whom she married on March 3, 1952 of Beloit, three daughters Deborah Uyselt of Tampa, Florida, Kathy (Pete) Virden of Beloit, Barbara (Bob) Lattue of Tennessee and three sons; Dan (Diane) Uyselt, Art (Brenda) Uyselt and Bob (Barb) Uyselt all of Beloit. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; Connie, Ben, Mike, Chrissy, Jase, Kyle, Brooke, Matthew and Devon, four great grandchildren Kendall, Colin, Brayden and Brylee and four sisters; Ginny Faulkner of Salem, Sandy Owens of Alliance, Barb (Dave) Reynolds of Alliance, Joyce (Dick) Elliot of Columbiana and a sister in law Carol McClish of East Rochester. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Dick McClish. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 12:00PM at Gednetz-Ruzek funeral home with Rev. Mike Kimball officiating. Visitation will be held the hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park.
