Sonya Kaurich

Sonya Lee (Tawrosza) Kaurich, 86, of Cadiz, Ohio, born on April 18, 1938 the daughter of John and Lola Tawrosza died peacefully in her sleep on October 20, 2024. She was a much loved teacher for many years.

She is survived by 3 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, 3 sisters Fonda of Tennessee, Sharon of Florida, Lola of Cadiz, Ohio, numerous nieces, nephews, many cousins and her best friends Nate, Sandy, Theresa, Shawn and Tauna. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack, all her beloved children, David, Dale, and Karen as well as her two brothers Billy and John.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown funeral home in Sebring, Ohio. A time of visitation will take place the hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit, Ohio.
