Steven Andrew West, 33 of Brookfield, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2016 at Salem Community Hospital.  Steven was born in Youngstown the son of Thomas “Pete” West and Pamela (Palovich) Connolly.  Steven will be remembered for his ability to work on cars as a mechanic, his love of dogs, playing his PlayStation especially Call of Duty: Black Ops. However he enjoyed spending time with his family especially his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include, his wife Debbie West and beloved dog Bella of Brookfield, his parents Thomas (Mary Jo) West of Boardman and Pamela (James) Connolly of Salem formerly of Hubbard; his paternal grandmother Beverly West of Hubbard, his maternal grandparents Ivan and Betty Palovich of Salem, three brothers; Michael (Shelby Dutting) West of Hubbard, Justin West of Kentucky, James Connolly Jr. of Alliance, four sisters Jessica Walled of Kentucky, Danielle (Joshua) Schneider of Masury, Christina (Michael Madden) Connolly of Florida, Jeannine Lonardo of Columbus and one brother-in-law Tom Dorus of Brookfield.  He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 5th at Brown Funeral Home in Salem at 1:00PM.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00AM-1:00PM.  Burial will take place in Union Cemetery in Hubbard.  Friends and family may sign the guest register online at www.brownfhonline.com.  Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Salem, OH (330) 337-6363.
