Timothy Strait

Timothy L. Strait, 49 of Alliance, passed away at Alliance Community Hospital on Sunday, August 29, 2010. Tim was born in Alliance on September 17, 1960 the son of Albert G. Strait and Mildred I. Strait Briggs. Mr. Strait attended the Alliance Baptist Temple and was a construction worker by trade. Survivors include his father and stepmother Albert (Ramona) Strait of Alliance, five sisters, Cheryl (Dave) Nunez of Lockport, IL, Darlene (Willie) Floyd of Carterville, IL, Cheryl (Michael Kennedy) Strait of Alliance, Michele (David Griffith) Coe of Trinway, OH, Rhonda (Ronnie Dickson) Dawson of Alliance, two brothers Curtis (Lori) Strait of Joliet, IL and Ronnie (Amber Frock) Anderson of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his mother and a brother Douglas G. Strait. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 12:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek funeral home with Pastor Randy Payne officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday the hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery in Sebring. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
