V. Jean Lagore

Virginia Jean Lagore, 64 of Salem passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Akron City Hospital. Jean was born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 23, 1947 the daughter of the late John and Virginia (Seaburn) Callahan; she worked as an LPN and she and her husband were the former managers of Lincoln Place Apartments in Salem. Survivors include her husband John Lagore of Salem, two daughters Stephanie Williams of Springfield, IL, Shannon (Barry) Vann of Bremond, TX, a son John Lagore of Youngstown, a daughter Brandy Lagore of Alliance, four grandchildren Melissa (David) Wilson, Marcus (Victoria) Mather, Michelle Vann, Thaddaeus Gregory, two great grandchildren Dustin and Kaylee Wilson, a brother John Callahan Jr. of California and a sister Sandra (Charles) Gray of Chardon, OH. Cremation will take place with a memorial service and burial to follow at a later date.
