Vera Fording

Vera R. (Hutmacher) Fording, 89 of Alliance passed away at her home on Saturday, October 15, 2011. Vera was born in Sebring on July 24, 1922 the daughter of the late Samuel and garnet (Laughlin) Hutmacher; she ws a graduate of the Sebring McKinley High School class of 1940 and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her 4 daughters; Cheryl Dawn (Tiberiu) Marian of Alliance, Pamella Kathleen Fording of Orlando, FL, Amy (Randy) Wilson of North Canton, Darlene Vera Metts of Orlando, FL a son Donald Fording of Titusville,FL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and a brother Dean (Jane) Hutmacher of Akron. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Fording, a sister Kathleen Ashley, sister Eileen Goodballet, a sister Lily Hutmacher and 3 brothers Lloyd, Samuel “Bud” and Harry Hutmacher. Services will be held on Friday, October 21st at 11:00AM at Gednetz-Rzuek Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Winch officiating, burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-8PM with an Eastern Star Service at 8PM, visitation will also be the hour prior to the service on Friday.
